I wuld luv 2 b the librarian with her special powers of touch. knowing bout someone or something and being as strong willed as her character to live alone, is somewhat of a dream 2 me. the suspense on our problems with meth labs in our neighborhoods, towns, cities, and even beside our homes are exactly a true crime that needs a little magic to help fight against.

Switched A Trylle Novel By Amanda Hocking

Wendy was almost killed by whom she thought to be her mother when she was six years old. Eleven years later, she became drawn to a boy that always seemed to be watching her. Not after long from meeting him, he tells her the truth. She is a Princess from another world with powers that she cannot even begin to imagine. She leaves the family that she once knew and is thrust into another world, filled with magic and a Kingdom, that she is told she will one day rule over. This story changes everything I was taught as a child about Trolls, and the world that exists with them living in it. This book was a page turner that I could not put down, filled with romance, magic, and battle.

Shalini and her family are found moving from their homeland of India to America. She found herself lost and scared and somewhat shunned from her fellow High School classmates, while her sister finds a way to fit in and make friends easily. Her mother, did not approve of the move her husband forced her into and spent most of her time depressed and the family left terrified that she would never be herself ever again. Shalini, found herself making friends in the end and falling for a boy that reminded her of the God that she prays to, Krishna. But, her fiance, whom she had been engaged to since the age of 3, throws a surprise visit on her. This was a sad, but happy read that taught me about India and their way of life.

If only Jazzy, had not attended that party that night, then should would not have had to carry around such a heavy burden!! Young, talented with music, and beauitful from head to toe, her looks she inherited from her mother's good looks and her Black father's skin tone. In this story Jaz, spends her entire life raised by loving grandparents and battles living everyday in an almost entirely white neighborhood where racism tends to run a little high. I was very drawn to her charachters' in this book because of each individual person's struggle with everyday life.

This story is filled with everything that I love to read about! Suspense, Loss, Love, Secrets, and Life Altering... Next door neighbors, since they were both born, Laurel and David, has a world and life changing event that send them into a whirl-wind of changes. She loses her parents and brother, while he loses his mother to a fatal car accident that leaves David's father sitting, unresponsive in a hospital. They both take their lives on paths, trying to piece together their lives after their tragedy.

This is a true-like and heartfelt story for anyone who has a heart and enjoys reading emotional novels. This was a great book that had me in tears and saying silent prayers of being thankful that I could relate to this type of emotions that people go threw after the loss of a loved one, but am happy that I still have others that mean a lot to me that I love and still have in my life. I love being able to discover new ways on dealing with the loss of loved ones in different ways.

This was a wonderful Young Adult novel, filled with romance, humor, and the most beauitful supernatural setting I have ever read! Top student in her class, Claire finds out everything she ever wished to know about her past and discovers the truth about Angels.
